Salesforce Connections is almost here! This month, from May 22-23, 2024, innovators in marketing, commerce, and customer engagement will gather in Chicago for this year’s event. And guess what: we’ll be there too!
As we gear up for this year’s Connections, we wanted to shine a spotlight on some of the key events and sessions that have us buzzing here at Litmus HQ. And who better to share these insights than members of team Litmus, who will also be in attendance?
Read on to see what we’re most excited about for this year’s event.
Unveiling the latest in data and AI
This year’s central theme is data and artificial intelligence (AI). We’re excited about the wealth of expert-led sessions, breakouts, and hands-on workshops—and the insights we’ll take home. Whether that’s using AI help to plan campaigns, build segments, or even proving impact with AI attribution, it’s a prime opportunity to learn how our peers are tackling business challenges with it.
“I’m most excited to see all the new innovation coming from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially specific to email and areas that will make marketers more and more successful.” Ryan Martin, Senior Vice President, Business Development at Litmus |
Speaking of innovations—we’ll be there to showcase some of the recent innovations we’ve launched with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) community.
“I’m looking forward to discussing the features from our latest product release with attendees! There’s nothing quite like the energy of in-person interactions, and I can’t wait to engage with our customers and email geeks at Connections.” Riley Dambaugh, Marketing Specialist at Litmus |
Helping marketers better understand email ROI
Our State of Email survey revealed that although email marketing boasts an impressive 36:1 ROI, a surprising 72% of marketers don’t know the ROI of their email program. We aim to help marketers not only understand their true email ROI but to also maximize their efforts. Our very own Angie Weyman is taking the stage to present on just that!
“After a decade-long hiatus, I’m thrilled to hop back onto the Salesforce Connections stage! Get ready for some juicy email ROI insights. Connections isn’t just another gig for me—it’s where my email geek spirit thrives! Every time I’m there, I spark awesome conversations and forge lasting bonds. Let’s rock it! ” Angie Weyman, Product Marketing Manager at Litmus |
Make sure to add Angie’s session to your agenda:
Connecting with like-minded marketers
Plus, we can’t wait to learn from experts at companies of all sizes (plus hear keynote Ali Wong speak on empowerment and creativity!). But most importantly—as the conference name so aptly suggests—we’re looking forward to connecting with our marketing peers.
Matthew Chase sums it up well:
“Connections is one of the best conferences in the industry. The combination of practitioners, leaders, and vendors is world-class. I couldn’t be more excited for face-to-face time with many of our clients, new and existing prospects, as well as with our fantastic partners at Salesforce.” Matthew Chase, Head of Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales at Litmus |
The real highlight for us is connecting with our customers, particularly those who are as passionate about email as we are—and those who truly care about it more than anyone else in their organization.
“I’m looking forward to meeting with mutual Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Litmus customers to help them make every send count and ensure continued customer success together.” Ryan Martin, Senior Vice President, Business Development at Litmus |
